It will be a market of Assistants. The idea will be that some users could build their own voices and descriptions and sell them to other users. If there are famous actors or movie characters willing to lend their voices and descriptions, it will be very interesting for people to be able to talk to people they admire or movie characters that they love. The platform could take a percentage of the revenue generated by the users who crafted the Assistants when they sell their Assistants to the users.

Finding top applicants is a time consuming, rigorous process that involves juxtaposing many resumes for comparison. This process is messy and may overlook qualified candidates in favor of time. TAS is the ultimate time-saving intelligent tool that allows recruiters to select their top candidates to interview. Instead of reviewing each submission one-by-one, a list of resumes is uploaded to TAS and analyzed. All resume data is parsed via OCR to allow recruiters to input both text and image-based PDFs. The recruiter then specifies an assessment question ("Which of these candidates for Finance Manager has experience in the Aviation industry?") to which GPT-3's assessment of that criteria will be provided back to the recruiter.

It is a variant of the GPT-3 model, which was specifically designed to be used to generate text in response to user input. The ChatGPT model has been trained on a vast amount of text data, including conversations and other types of human-generated text, which allows it to generate text that is similar in style and content to human conversation. ChatGPT can be used to generate responses to questions, code, make suggestions, or provide information in a conversational manner, and it is able to do so in a way that is often indistinguishable from human-generated text. The initial model has been trained using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), using methods similar to InstructGPT, but with slight differences in the data collection setup. The model is trained using supervised fine-tuning, where human AI trainers provided conversations in which they played both sides—the user and an AI assistant. The trainers would have had access to model-written suggestions to help them compose their responses.
