AIRA (Autonomous Manufacturing Decision Platform) is an enterprise-grade AI platform designed to transform manufacturing operations through autonomous, explainable, and data-driven decision-making. Instead of functioning as a traditional chatbot, AIRA acts as an intelligent operational command center that continuously monitors enterprise data, analyzes manufacturing events, simulates outcomes, and recommends optimal actions in real time. The platform leverages a multi-agent architecture powered by LangGraph, where specialized AI agents collaborate across production, maintenance, inventory, quality, logistics, finance, and telematics. Fireworks AI provides advanced reasoning and structured decision generation, while Digital Twin simulations evaluate potential operational outcomes before recommendations are executed. AMD Developer Cloud serves as the high-performance compute backbone for AIRA, enabling scalable AI inference, predictive analytics, embedding generation, and Digital Twin simulations using AMD Instinct™ GPUs and the ROCm™ software ecosystem. This infrastructure allows AIRA to process complex manufacturing workloads with speed and efficiency. AIRA integrates securely with enterprise systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling human-in-the-loop approvals, seamless ERP/MES interactions, and complete auditability. Built with Next.js, FastAPI, TimescaleDB, pgvector, and real-time event streaming, the platform provides an intuitive executive dashboard with explainable AI insights and actionable recommendations. By combining autonomous AI agents, enterprise integration, and high-performance AMD computing, AIRA empowers manufacturers to reduce downtime, optimize inventory, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate the transition toward intelligent Industry 4.0 manufacturing.
