HealthPath Platform
Our project aims to revolutionize diabetes management by leveraging advanced technology and AI. The platform integrates with Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) to provide real-time glucose tracking and personalized insulin dosage recommendations. It also features an AI chatbot for 24/7 support and guidance, and calorie measurement for precise meal planning. Built using Langflow architecture, we created custom components to enhance AI/ML capabilities, including Image Input, AI/ML API Embeddings (ada-002), and AI/ML API Chatbot (gpt-4). Our solution addresses the daily challenges faced by diabetics, offering a comprehensive tool for better health management.
