Polisplexity is a practical Internet-of-Agents project for cities. It ships two reusable agents: SAMI computes city scaling baselines (exponents, residuals) so places can be compared fairly by size, revealing over/under-performance in outcomes like services, jobs, or accessibility. Sites answers “where, exactly?” by ranking candidate blocks using isochrones, demand/deficit layers, and competition signals. In a single chat (WhatsApp/Telegram or web), a user asks for a café, clinic, or depot; Sites returns the top blocks with scores and shareable PNG/GeoJSON. Both agents run as Coral MCP servers, making them discoverable, composable, and rentable via the Coral Registry. We integrate partner tech where it adds value: Mistral (reasoning/explanations), ElevenLabs (voice I/O), Crossmint (tokenized reports/payments), and Nebius (credit-powered batch jobs). The demo includes: chat → constraints → ranked map → export; plus a SAMI dashboard showing city residuals vs peers. Use cases span GovTech (clinic/school siting), retail & logistics (store/depot placement), and economic development (evidence-based prioritization). The code is modular, the UI is simple, and the value is reusable—others can plug our agents into their own stacks.

Polisplexity is a groundbreaking project that fuses physical and social digital twins to create a truly circular waste management ecosystem. It integrates citizen interactions via Telegram bots (the social twin) with real-time optimized waste logistics (the physical twin) powered by Django on Vultur and data pipelines orchestrated through Snowflake. Using Coral multi-agent protocols, GROQ LLMs and LLaMA models coordinate the flow of insights across municipal systems and citizen engagements. To achieve secure, decentralized incentive mechanisms, we roadmap the deployment of Qubic C++ smart contracts. These will govern our Green Coin system, rewarding citizens for sustainable behaviors, traceable via the Qubic network. Our goal is to create a scalable platform that democratizes waste optimization, embeds trust through decentralized AI, and sets the foundation for a global shift toward circular economies. By leveraging Qubic’s unique speed and quorum-based architecture, we intend to deliver a future-proof PoC that is technically advanced, economically viable, and socially transformative.

Polisplexity AI Agent Digital Twin for Rural Network Planning is an innovative solution that integrates graph theory, real-time geographic data, and AI-powered agents within an immersive VR environment. Our system visualizes rural telecom infrastructures—such as towers, fiber, and Wi-Fi—while AI agents guide users with insights on optimal network design based on local conditions. Users can explore the digital twin via mobile or desktop, interact with embedded Telegram bots for intelligent feedback, and use geographic inputs (latitude/longitude) to generate tailored scenarios. Polisplexity empowers stakeholders to collaboratively design scalable, cost-efficient rural networks with strategic precision.

Our Ask We seek an initial investment of $200,000 to develop and launch the platform. This funding will be used for AI development, Telegram integration, marketing, and operational costs.
