Unicorn Track

Every company forgets why it made its decisions. A vendor contract auto-renews for three years because the person who signed it left. A new engineer asks "why AWS, not GCP?" and nobody remembers. KAIROS is a Company Organizational Memory OS that fixes this: it connects to Slack, Gmail, Drive, Notion, GitHub, Zoom, and Jira, and ten AI agents run in parallel to extract every decision — who made it, why, what alternatives were weighed, and where the reasoning lives — into a living, physics-simulated decision graph. Ask "why did we decide X" in plain English and get a sourced answer in under 4 seconds. Beyond passive storage, KAIROS is proactive: it scores every decision's staleness and risk, flags contradictory calls made by the same person, and checks for precedent before a team repeats a past mistake. What makes it a "unicorn" and not another wiki: KAIROS plugs directly into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor over MCP with 8 bidirectional tools. Any AI checks KAIROS before answering, and writes new decisions back the moment it learns them — a shared, permanent memory layer that every AI you use can read from and write to. Every real answer KAIROS gives runs on AMD Instinct hardware through Fireworks AI, AMD's official inference partner, with automatic fallback to Groq and Gemini for reliability. Google DeepMind's Gemma 4 model is used for fast query classification on the same AMD hardware, attempted first and falling back gracefully when unavailable. Built solo, end to end: FastAPI + LangGraph backend, Next.js 15 frontend, ChromaDB + SQLite + NetworkX memory layer, fully Docker-containerized, MIT licensed.
