Regulated & High-Stakes Workflows

SentinelOps is a multi-agent decision intelligence system for regulated, high-stakes enterprise workflows, built on Band as the coordination layer between five specialized AI agents. It addresses a common executive problem: critical business decisions must often be made within hours, while the information required to make them is scattered across lengthy contracts, historical agreements, compliance records, and organizational knowledge. When a contract enters the system, five agents collaborate inside a shared Band room. The Analyst extracts clauses, obligations, and financial terms. The Devil's Advocate challenges the agreement by identifying contradictions, hidden liabilities, and missing protections. The Precedent Agent searches institutional memory, including prior deals, board resolutions, and vendor history. Their findings converge in the Risk Agent, which produces a quantified risk assessment and calculates total financial exposure. Finally, the Briefing Agent generates an executive decision brief and remains available to answer follow-up questions from human stakeholders. In the demo scenario, SentinelOps identified $2.42 million in potential exposure across three critical issues, including an automatic IP-transfer clause that conflicted with an existing board resolution and a vendor previously rejected by the organization. The system recommended against signing the agreement as written. Band is not simply a messaging layer; it enables real-time agent coordination, parallel execution, synchronized decision-making, and a fully auditable collaboration trail. The result is a transparent human-in-the-loop system where AI accelerates analysis, provides evidence-based recommendations, and leaves final authority with the human decision-maker.
