The system employs two specialized agents: Nexus, which executes deep technical audits on user resumes to identify specific skill gaps, and Pathfinder, an intelligent market scout that aligns user profiles with real-time industry trends and hiring potential. By leveraging a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline and Groq-powered high-speed reasoning, the system minimizes hallucinations while maintaining optimal performance. The core innovation lies in our hybrid token-efficient routing mechanism. This approach dynamically optimizes LLM resource allocation based on task complexity, ensuring that the system remains cost-effective and scalable without sacrificing the quality of reasoning.
