Its meeting assistant can record and transcribe discussions, detect key decisions, generate action items, assign responsibilities, and schedule follow ups. For the AI layer, Siela uses Gemma models for reasoning, summaries, reports, agentic workflows, and meeting-to-action intelligence. It also uses Qwen models through Fireworks AI, including Qwen3.7 Plus for language detection, memory and context handling, intent routing, and fallback responses. Fireworks Qwen embedding and reranker models help retrieve and rank relevant work context across tasks, leads, meetings, and conversations. Siela is deployed with AMD Developer Cloud and AMD ROCm support for GPU accelerated AI workloads, including ROCm/PyTorch and local Gemma inference for meeting review and analysis.
