The Articulator tool is an interactive interface designed to enhance art generation by combining it with art curation. Using high-quality image generation from Stable Diffusion and including a multimodal large language model allows for users to reflect on the results and instantly receive human-like critiques and descriptions. The system can assess artwork based on various criteria, including color, composition, texture, and subject matter, and generate a rating or score for various criteria. Articulator analysis can help identify generated results that are well composed, but also those that are "funny," "good for kids," "professional," or "on-brand." The human-like feedback can be an effective tool to avoid a creative block. Articulator and other multimodal tools will have an important role in future creative work whether for marketing or art therapy.
