Our tool is focused on 5 climate data points and emphasizing on climate risks, related to them: Wildfire risk, Air pollution, Wind damage, Heat risk, Flood risk. Usually at least one of these factors would negatively affect a real estate property over time, with some causing severe damages if not mitigated on time. We work to include more data points to our platform and cover as much countries as possible. Thanks to the AI we are able to combine the climate risks with micro and macro economics for a real estate property's location, as well as recent news and events, to provide buyers and investors with a valuable advice and transparency, before they make they final step and buy a property.

Our project leverages a client-server model, using Flutter as the client-side application and Streamlit as the server-side platform. The Flutter app is responsible for collecting real-time network performance data such as latency, packet loss, bandwidth, and other key metrics directly from the user's device. This app serves as the interface for the end user, providing a simple and intuitive dashboard for monitoring their network health. On the other hand, Streamlit acts as the server-side component, where the collected data is sent for processing and analysis. Through Streamlit, we integrate AI algorithms to analyze network performance, detect potential issues, and provide actionable recommendations. The AI model helps to predict and troubleshoot network problems before they affect service quality. Streamlit also handles data visualization, presenting the results to the user in a clear and insightful way. This architecture is powerful because it separates the responsibilities of data collection and analysis, allowing for a flexible and scalable solution. Flutter ensures that the user has a seamless experience, while Streamlit handles complex computations and provides robust backend support, making the entire system efficient and easy to scale. Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals face a multitude of challenges in their daily lives, with one of the biggest being the difficulty in communicating with hearing individuals who do not understand sign language. This communication barrier can lead to social isolation, limited access to education and employment opportunities, and a lack of participation in various social activities. Our project aims to address this challenge by developing a real-time speech-to-sign language translation solution that can bridge the communication gap between the deaf and hard-of-hearing and the hearing individuals. This solution has the potential to enhance accessibility and inclusivity for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community and improve their quality of life.

Vi-chat is an innovative AI assistant aimed at helping mothers connect with their autistic children by converting their voice into images easily understood by autistic children as they are have difficulty processing spoken language but prefer pictures. we used openai model with their whisper and dall beta embedded to transform voice into images. this solution is never offered before to autistic children but it will help them communicate and boost their learning process. we plan to make this app go both ways from voice to image and from image to voice in near future and make it customized to every child and his preferences. We are very proud and honored to help autistic children and their mothers get connected together

This bot is capable of automation of interview stages in which respondent is to answer questions with firm correct and wrong responses. Bot will communicate with interview respondents via web-application.โ This application will be like chatbots used on sites to help students and other scholars write academic papers. Bot sends question to the candidate and a person input answer in the provided field.โ Afterwards, model estimates the quality of provided answer and bot informs respondent about it.โ Our model utilizes https://api.cohere.ai/classify endpoint.โ The set of questions available to choose from is in the database and predefined (for this version of project).โ The training sets of answers are also in the database with links to their respective questions.โ There must be at least some number (to be estimated) of answers per quality per question for the model to be well-trained.โ
