VitaSync

VitaSync is a private, AI-native health intelligence platform built to help patients and clinicians organize, understand, and act on medical information without losing data ownership. The app brings together document upload, secure authentication, consent management, intelligent search, and grounded medical Q&A into a single workflow. Patients can upload records such as PDFs, scans, CSVs, and text files, then review extracted clinical entities, risk signals, alerts, and longitudinal insights from their own data. Doctors can request consent, view approved patient records, communicate with patients, schedule consultations, and query medical history only when access has been granted. The backend combines FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Celery, and retrieval plus machine-learning pipelines to extract, normalize, and analyze records. The frontend is a modern Vite/React experience designed for both patients and clinicians, with separate dashboards and role-specific workflows. VitaSync is built for secure on-premise deployment and optional x402 payment-gated access for paid queries.
