Blog Ops is an agency-grade content operations platform that automates the full blog production lifecycle—from brand onboarding to publish-ready drafts. Marketing teams set up client brands with voice guidelines and content sources. A Site Crawler agent scrapes the live site; Brand KB embeds pages into pgvector for RAG. From a campaign brief, the app generates topic ideas; one click triggers “Write with agents.” Seven Python agents collaborate in Band chat rooms with @mention routing—no hardcoded orchestration graph. Sage (PM) opens a room and briefs Quill (writer). SEO Auditor, Originality Checker, and Style Guardian run in parallel. Failed gates trigger automatic revision loops until every quality check passes. Progress streams to the web UI via Supabase; finished posts land in the editor with SEO scorecards and export. Built for the Band hackathon: TanStack Start frontend, Supabase backend (Auth, RLS, Edge Functions), Dockerized agents, and Featherless/Qwen with a shared concurrency queue across containers. Path A (direct LLM pipeline) ships today; Band mode is the differentiator—decentralized multi-agent production that scales like a real content team.
