Kira: AI Co-Pilot for Indonesian UMKM

Most bookkeeping apps for Indonesian small businesses (UMKM) are passive — they record what happened, but never tell you what to do next. Out of Indonesia's 64 million UMKM, only 3.51% keep any real financial records (Kementerian UMKM RI, 2025), because the tools that exist are built for accountants, not warung owners. Kira is different. It's an AI business co-pilot that proactively watches cash flow, stock levels, and sales trends — surfacing problems (like "your cash covers only 0.6 days of sales") before the owner even has to ask, along with a plain-language explanation of why it matters and what to do next. What makes Kira stand out is that users can manage their business entirely through natural conversation. Instead of filling out forms, an owner can simply type "update sugar stock to 5 kilos," and Kira will confirm the right product, ask a clarifying question if anything's ambiguous, and save it — no menus, no learning curve. Under the hood, Kira runs on six specialized AI agents (Eyes, Bookkeeper, Stock Guardian, Strategy, Voice, and an orchestrator) that work together to power alerts, forecasts, and conversations. The reasoning agent calls a 70B-parameter model via an OpenAI-compatible endpoint running on AMD Instinct MI300X GPUs through Fireworks AI, with live data stored in Firestore. Kira is built bilingual (Indonesian/English) from day one, fully functional end-to-end (dashboard, analytics, forecasting, alerts, chat, and conversational data entry), and designed to scale affordably to millions of small business owners like Bu Sari.
