TradeGuard AI is a multi-agent logistics command room for enterprise shipment disruption response. When a shipment is delayed, multiple specialist agents collaborate through Band to assess operational impact, vessel and ETA risk, financial exposure, and recovery options. The system includes Operations, Vessel Intelligence, Risk, Finance, and Recovery Planning agents. Each agent contributes a focused business perspective and coordinates through Band room mentions, shared context, and structured task handoffs. TradeGuard solves a real enterprise workflow problem: shipment delays often create fragmented communication between logistics teams, finance, risk, customer operations, and escalation managers. TradeGuard brings these perspectives into one auditable decision room so teams can move from disruption alert to coordinated recommendation faster. The project supports both live Band-connected agent mode and deterministic local fallback mode. This allows the workflow to remain reproducible and demoable even when external model credits are unavailable. The system is designed with human approval in mind: agents can recommend actions such as rerouting or escalation, but material operational decisions remain subject to human review.
