Deal-to-Delivery Swarm

In large IT enterprise environments, transitioning a high-value B2B deal from initial sales intake to final technical delivery takes weeks of fragmented communication across disparate departments. To solve this, we built the "Deal-to-Delivery Swarm," a fully autonomous, event-driven multi-agent system powered by the Band platform. Our system orchestrates 10 highly specialized AI agents that seamlessly collaborate to process an enterprise contract in seconds instead of weeks. When a new deal is submitted, the Intake Agent extracts the core financial details and simultaneously triggers the Contract, Security, and Pricing agents. This demonstrates powerful parallel AI execution for rapid, multi-faceted reviews. For high-stakes enterprise safety, the Pricing Agent creatively escalates the workflow, requiring a Human-in-the-Loop manager approval before proceeding. Once the human approves, a seamless sequential task handoff begins: the Billing Agent drafts the invoice, the Scoping Agent generates the Statement of Work, the Resourcing Agent allocates the engineering team, the Kickoff Agent schedules client meetings, and Customer Success receives the artifacts. Band serves as the perfect coordination layer, proving how autonomous agents can coordinate state, divide work, and accelerate business execution without manual bottlenecks.
