Chronos AI

Chronos AI is a decision simulation platform for founders, builders, and teams facing high-stakes choices. Instead of giving generic advice, Chronos connects to real user context such as GitHub repositories, uploaded documents, and external evidence, then converts that information into a memory graph of projects, people, claims, risks, and outcomes. Users define a decision, such as whether to pivot a product, reposition a portfolio, or prioritize a new roadmap. Chronos analyzes the available workspace history and evidence, generates multiple future timeline branches, compares tradeoffs like probability, regret, confidence, milestones, and assumptions, and recommends the path with the strongest grounding. The app also includes a Future Self avatar that answers follow-up questions using the selected timeline and cited context. This makes the simulation feel less like a chatbot and more like a personal strategic advisor that remembers what the user has actually built. Chronos is built as a full-stack AI product with a React frontend, FastAPI backend, provider-based LLM and evidence integrations, connector ingestion, provenance-aware citations, and deployable cloud infrastructure.
