"The modernization problem is definitely real, especially for enterprises sitting on large legacy systems nobody fully understands anymore. The strongest part here was turning old codebases into concrete migration artifacts instead of just generating analysis summaries. Things like ER diagrams, scaffolding, schemas, and API documentation made the project feel more practical and execution-focused. What limited the impact a bit was that the pitch moved very quickly through huge claims without much proof or detail around accuracy. Modernizing legacy systems is extremely hard because business logic is often buried in years of edge cases and undocumented behavior. I would have liked to see one concrete example of a legacy system being analyzed and transformed into a cleaner architecture successfully."
