ReguTrack: Multi-Agent Regulatory Compliance sys

ReguTrack is a multi-agent regulatory intelligence system built on Band that solves a real enterprise pain point: keeping up with constantly changing regulations like GDPR, the EU AI Act, and financial compliance rules. Missing a regulatory deadline can cost companies millions in fines. Our system uses four specialized agents that collaborate in real-time through a shared Band room: ReguMonitor scans for new regulatory updates and dispatches structured alerts to the rest of the team. ReguAnalyzer performs deep impact analysis — assessing scope, risk classification under frameworks like the EU AI Act, compliance deadlines, and even quantitative penalty exposure modeling. ReguAdapter generates a complete adaptation strategy, including action plans, system inventory templates, audit readiness checklists, and resource/budget estimates. ReguReviewer conducts a final compliance gap analysis, legal risk assessment, and seals the process with a SHA-256 audit hash for traceability, generating a downloadable PDF compliance report. What makes this a true multi-agent system rather than a chain of API calls is that all four agents communicate live inside Band — using @mentions to hand off tasks, building on each other's analysis, and creating a fully visible, auditable conversation trail. This is exactly the kind of traceable, escalation-aware coordination that regulated industries need. Built with Python, the Band SDK, and PydanticAI adapters, ReguTrack demonstrates how cross-framework agents can discover, coordinate, and divide complex compliance work — turning a process that normally takes compliance teams days or weeks into a matter of minutes.
