BizTwin AI

BizTwin is an AI-based Business Digital Twin that aims to assist small and medium businesses in making smart decisions based on their own data. In the application, business owners can load spreadsheets with sales data, inventory, suppliers, employees, and expenses, and then all these data points are combined into a structured digital twin of the business. Using a natural language interface, one can ask questions like "What will happen if my supplier increases his prices by 15%?", "Do I need to hire two more sales reps?" and "What products damage my profit?". Under the hood, BizTwin uses a multi-agent architecture of AI where specific agents dedicated to Sales, Finance, Inventory, Suppliers, Risk Analysis, and Scenario Simulation work under one Executive Agent to analyze particular segments of the business. In contrast to common AI assistants, all financial and business simulations are made by a deterministic simulation engine that works with real data uploaded by the user, whereas the AI just helps in processing queries and coordination between agents and explanation of results in human-readable form.The project, constructed using FastAPI, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Docker technologies, utilizes the AMD Developer Cloud with the use of GPUs for AI computations and Fireworks AI for inference with open-source language models, alongside AMD Developer Cloud for GPU-accelerated AI workloads.. The project exemplifies the collaboration between modern AI, business simulation, and cloud computing that helps to build an affordable enterprise-level decision-making support system for businesses unable to afford commercial solutions.
