Recourse convenes five specialist agents in a single Band room — Coordinator, Blake (claims), Morgan (policy/RAG), Alex (devil's advocate), Sam (notary) — to adversarially adjudicate a denied claim. Its differentiator is dynamic agent discovery: when (and only when) the denial rests on a fraud or misrepresentation allegation, the Coordinator recruits a 6th agent, Quinn (Special Investigations Unit), into the live room via Band's add_participant, so a claim is never denied on unproven suspicion.
