High-speed syntax generation is processed locally at zero token cost on an AMD ROCm GPU server running Qwen-2.5-Coder-7B via vLLM, while deep logical debates run on Fireworks AI cloud instances hosted on AMD clusters. This dual-compute strategy yields an 81% reduction in cloud token usage. Built on a robust tech stack of React, Node.js, and MongoDB, the system features a progressive Greenfield IDE that plans and commits code directly to GitHub in sandbox-verified batches of 3-5 files, bypassing output token boundaries entirely. Persistent institutional memory enables the platform to auto-detect historical resolutions, ensuring enterprise codebases are maintained securely, autonomously, and cost-effectively.
