Anchor Agent Offline AI Emergency Response System

Anchor Agent is an AI-powered emergency response platform designed to assist people during high-stress and dangerous situations where every second matters. Traditional safety applications often assume users have enough time to unlock their phones, navigate interfaces, and explain what is happening. Unfortunately, emergencies rarely work that way. Panic, injury, poor connectivity, or unreliable infrastructure can make these applications ineffective precisely when they are needed most. Anchor Agent transforms emergency response into a single action. Users can activate the system by pressing and holding the emergency orb or by using voice commands. Once activated, the system analyzes the situation, classifies threat severity using AI, and automatically initiates an emergency response chain. Key actions include: • GPS location capture and sharing • Emergency contact notifications • Incident logging and telemetry monitoring • Voice-triggered activation • Offline emergency response fallback • Real-time threat confidence scoring A major innovation of Anchor Agent is its offline-first architecture. If internet connectivity is lost, the platform automatically switches to a local decision engine, ensuring that emergency workflows continue functioning without interruption. The project was built using React, Vite, Node.js, Express, Fireworks AI APIs, Docker, Vercel, and Render. Anchor Agent is also designed with AMD AI hardware in mind. Future versions can leverage AMD Ryzen AI NPUs and AMD GPUs for on-device inference, low-latency emergency reasoning, speech analysis, and privacy-preserving AI safety systems. Our vision is to create an edge-first AI safety platform capable of providing intelligent emergency assistance anywhere, even in low-connectivity environments.
