CrisisMind is a multi-agent disaster response platform that improves emergency coordination during natural disasters and humanitarian crises. The system uses specialized AI agents that collaborate autonomously to assess situations, allocate resources, and generate actionable response plans in real time. The platform consists of five domain-specific agents: Rescue Agent, Medical Agent, Food Agent, Shelter Agent, and Commander Agent. Each agent is responsible for a specific aspect of disaster management. The Rescue Agent evaluates evacuation needs and affected populations, the Medical Agent assesses healthcare requirements, the Food Agent plans food and water distribution, and the Shelter Agent determines accommodation and relief needs. The Commander Agent consolidates recommendations from all agents and generates a unified emergency response strategy. When a disaster is reported, agents communicate sequentially through an automated workflow. Information flows from Rescue to Medical, Food, Shelter, and finally Commander, ensuring that every critical aspect of disaster response is considered before a final decision is made. Built using Band Agents, Python, AsyncIO, and real-time agent-to-agent communication, CrisisMind demonstrates how collaborative AI systems can support emergency management. In flood scenarios affecting thousands of people, the platform automatically coordinates rescue operations, medical assistance, food distribution, shelter activation, and command-level decision making, producing a comprehensive emergency response plan within seconds.
