Real Estate Agent is a voice-first UK rental search assistant that solves three real pain points: portals like Zoopla, Rightmove and SpareRoom aggressively block scrapers, tenants have no way to verify they're paying fair rent, and existing web-search-based agents hallucinate when they can't reach live data. The app uses Bright Data's Web Unlocker as its data moat, fetching live listings from three portals in parallel that would otherwise return CAPTCHAs. AIML's GPT-5-mini orchestrates four specialised agents (Property, Location, Email, Realestate) and reasons over the scraped data, while gpt-4o-mini handles fast HTML-to-JSON extraction. Speechmatics real-time WebSocket transcribes voice as the user speaks — words appear instantly, and a 1.8-second silence auto-submits. Every result is badged Below / Around / Above the live median (no hallucinated numbers), and OpenStreetMap routing computes walking and driving distances to any named landmark.
