The Problem: The "Custody Paradox" Institutional investors want AI yield, but they fear AI theft. In 2024 alone, $2.2 Billion was stolen in crypto hacks, with 43.8% caused by compromised private keys. Giving an autonomous agent a private key is a single point of failure that no hedge fund will accept. The Solution: Sovereign Ghost Sovereign Ghost replaces the "Private Key" with Mathematical Consensus. We built the first DeFi protocol where the AI agent trades for you, using a key that literally never exists. Core Technology Stack: Zero-Retention Architecture: Upon initialization, the local seed is generated and immediately split into 5 Cryptographic Shards using Shamir's Secret Sharing (SSS), then destroyed from memory. Generative AI Brain: Unlike static bots, our agent uses Google Gemini 2.0 Flash to analyze market conditions in real-time, detecting slippage, MEV risks, and order book imbalances before executing. Qubic Feeless Execution: Leveraging Qubic's zero-gas infrastructure allows us to perform "Atomic Arbitrage"—calculating 10,000 potential trades per day and only executing the profitable ones, saving ~$18,000/year in gas compared to Ethereum bots. The Fail-Safe: We implemented a MiCA-Compliant "Kill Switch." If the user triggers it, the smart contract burns all key shards on-chain instantly, freezing funds and allowing withdrawal only to the owner's cold wallet. ⚠️ Architectural Note: To demonstrate the Atomic Arbitrage logic and Compound Interest mechanics within the hackathon timeframe, this repo runs in a High-Fidelity Simulation Mode. The environment executes the exact Shamir's Secret Sharing math and Gemini 2.0 AI reasoning locally but simulates the Qubic network response to showcase the intended user experience and execution speed of the final Mainnet protocol.

The Problem: Compliance vs. Intelligence Companies face a dangerous dilemma: comply with GDPR/CCPA "Right to be Forgotten" requests and lose valuable historical data, or keep the data and risk fines up to €20 million. The current manual process is fragmented, slow, and costs enterprises an estimated $1,524 per request in labor. The Solution: The Aegis Agent Aegis is a "Zero-Retention" Compliance Orchestrator. It automates the data deletion process, turning a 3-day manual nightmare into a 3-minute autonomous task. Unlike standard tools that simply "delete" rows, Aegis uses Synthetic Anonymization. It surgically removes PII (Name, Email, ID) while converting sensitive metrics (like Salary) into statistical ranges. This preserves the "business wisdom" of the data while eliminating the compliance risk. How It Works (Architecture) Core Brain: Built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate, utilizing the "Manager-Worker" agent pattern to plan and execute complex workflows. Custom Skill: We integrated a custom Python privacy engine (FastAPI) via OpenAPI specification. Governance Layer: Features a mandatory "Human-in-the-loop" safety protocol that requires explicit authorization before destruction. Multi-System Action: The agent simultaneously scrubs data from a modern Enterprise Dashboard (JSON) and a Legacy Database (CSV) in real-time. 💰 Business Value & Strategy Aegis is a Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform targeting the $8.2B Data Privacy market. Tier 1 (Developer API): A plug-in for HR software vendors priced at $0.50 per request. Tier 2 (Enterprise Dashboard): A direct B2B subscription ($2,000/month) that replaces manual legal coordination and generates automated audit trails. Impact: Aegis reduces operational costs by 94%, pays for itself in under one month, and makes AI adoption safe for the enterprise.

ExpatCare Command Center is an AI-driven solution designed to modernize and accelerate medical claim processing for the UAE’s large expat population. Today, claims often take weeks to review, face inconsistencies, and are vulnerable to human error or fraud. Our idea introduces an intelligent, automated system that analyzes each claim from three critical angles: medical validity, policy coverage, and fraud risk. By combining structured reasoning, insurance expertise, and explainable AI scoring, the system produces an instant approval recommendation with transparent justification. This empowers insurers to process claims faster, reduces operational costs, prevents fraudulent payouts, and ensures patients receive timely support. Ultimately, the project aims to build a smarter, fairer healthcare claim ecosystem that supports both insurers and millions of expat residents.
