ExpatCare Command Center is an AI-driven solution designed to modernize and accelerate medical claim processing for the UAE’s large expat population. Today, claims often take weeks to review, face inconsistencies, and are vulnerable to human error or fraud. Our idea introduces an intelligent, automated system that analyzes each claim from three critical angles: medical validity, policy coverage, and fraud risk. By combining structured reasoning, insurance expertise, and explainable AI scoring, the system produces an instant approval recommendation with transparent justification. This empowers insurers to process claims faster, reduces operational costs, prevents fraudulent payouts, and ensures patients receive timely support. Ultimately, the project aims to build a smarter, fairer healthcare claim ecosystem that supports both insurers and millions of expat residents.
