The core innovation is the Closed-Loop Intelligence Workflow: Detection & Diagnosis: Statistical anomaly detection paired with AI-driven root cause analysis. Immutable Hypothesis Lock: Before any fix is implemented, the system "locks" success criteria to prevent post-hoc bias, ensuring scientific validation of impact. Automated Routing: Intelligence is automatically routed to the correct "Lead Unit" (Product Growth, UX Design, or Platform Engineering) based on the diagnosed issue. Stakeholder Perspectivism: The agent translates raw performance data into role-specific narratives for Product Leads, Designers, and Senior Executives. By proving the definitive ROI of UX interventions through "before-vs-after" validation, the agent ensures that product teams move from guessing why users leave to knowing exactly how to keep them.

ExpatCare Command Center is an AI-driven solution designed to modernize and accelerate medical claim processing for the UAE’s large expat population.
