Behind the scenes, Easel AI orchestrates a sophisticated multi-step AI pipeline. It begins by analyzing the chosen artwork to extract its unique stylistic DNA—colors, mood, and brushwork. This analysis informs a powerful language model that crafts a custom, age-appropriate story outline and title. To solve the critical issue of visual inconsistency that plagues many AI tools, our system first generates canonical reference images of the main character and key props. These references are then used to condition the generation of every subsequent illustration, ensuring the hero remains recognizable from the cover to the final page. The result is a professionally formatted, print-ready PDF, complete with a consistent narrative and beautiful, coherent illustrations. Built with a robust FastAPI backend and an intuitive Vue.js frontend, and fully containerized with Docker for seamless deployment, Easel AI makes personalized, meaningful storytelling accessible to everyone.
