Instead of building expensive cables to move electricity to data centers, we use the internet to move AI training jobs to the energy source. How We Built It Helios is a full-stack decentralized node built on three layers: Physics Engine (React/Vite): Our "Command Center" simulates home battery thermodynamics. At 1:00 PM, it detects 100% saturation and automatically triggers the mining sequence to capture stranded energy. Neural Node (Python/PyTorch): We replaced useless crypto hashing with Useful Proof-of-Work (UPoW). The backend spins up a local Neural Network, executing real-time Gradient Descent. The dashboard visualizes the actual training loss dropping, proving the generation of intelligence. Consensus (C++/Qubic): A mock Smart Contract validates the work. If the miner improves the AI model's accuracy, the contract streams Qubic tokens to the user's wallet.
