Unicorn Track

It turns any PDF into a series of short, 3Blue1Brown-style animated explainers — one visual idea per scene, covering every page, never narrating over a wall of text. A multi-agent pipeline segments the source for guaranteed full coverage, plans each scene as a schema-validated visual layout (a closed catalog of Manim primitives, so nothing hallucinated slips through), generates and renders the code, then a frame-QA reviewer inspects actual pixels to catch blank or static scenes before they ship. Generated code passes a security gate before execution. Containerized and deployed on AMD Developer Cloud (MI300X) for rendering and encoding.
