The AI Pentester project is an intelligent, agent-driven security assessment platform designed to automate and augment penetration testing workflows. The system leverages agentic AI, LangGraph-based orchestration, and domain-aware reasoning to perform structured security assessments, validate findings, generate actionable reports, and deliver real-time notifications to stakeholders. The platform provides a web-based portal built with React for managing assessments, visualizing results, and controlling execution, while the backend is implemented in Python using LangGraph to coordinate multiple specialized AI agents across the penetration testing lifecycle. The primary goal of the project is to move beyond traditional scan-and-report approaches and instead deliver context-aware, explainable, and developer-friendly security insights.
