Hunter Foreman is an AI-powered business operations orchestrator built to solve a common problem: customer requests arrive through websites, email, WhatsApp, social media, and staff, but without structured ownership they can be forgotten, duplicated, delayed, or routed incorrectly. ROSE, the AI receptionist, receives each request. Fireworks AI performs intent classification, workflow recommendation, confidence scoring, and escalation detection. Hunter Foreman converts that decision into accountable work with a traceable request ID, workflow, task lifecycle, dashboard visibility, activity history, and execution status. We chose Fireworks AI because the system required OpenAI-compatible inference that returns structured, machine-readable decisions instead of only conversational text. It turns raw customer language into workflow signals the system can act on. Cloudflare hosts the judge experience, provides serverless delivery, protects credentials, and keeps the demo online. The platform includes an operations overview, request log, task board, analytics, settings, system health, and an App Bridge for dispatching structured work into connected systems. Planned and unavailable integrations are labelled rather than presented as completed production features. Hunter Foreman is not another chatbot. Conversation is only the entry point. Its purpose is to ensure work is understood, assigned, monitored, escalated when necessary, and delivered. The project includes deterministic fallback behavior, Docker deployment, a public interactive demo, documentation, and a reproducible proof package with screenshots, API evidence, task state, tests, and checksums. The official presentation is narrated using Hunter’s internal voice system, showing reuse across the THETECHGUY AI ecosystem. The long-term vision is a multi-business platform connecting customer intake, AI reasoning, staff ownership, dashboards, and specialized systems with complete visibility and accountability.
