Climate Lens is a cutting edge AI powered B2C platform with a huge potential, addressing a tremendously big real estate market. It is democratizing the access to climate hazard data in Europe with ambitions to become a world wide leader in climate risk intelligence with hyperlocal street level precision. It is exposing this data for real estate buyers and investors in human friendly reports, generated by the latest AI tools and gpt5. Our tool is focused on 5 climate data points and emphasizing on climate risks, related to them: Wildfire risk, Air pollution, Wind damage, Heat risk, Flood risk. Usually at least one of these factors would negatively affect a real estate property over time, with some causing severe damages if not mitigated on time. We work to include more data points to our platform and cover as much countries as possible. Thanks to the AI we are able to combine the climate risks with micro and macro economics for a real estate property's location, as well as recent news and events, to provide buyers and investors with a valuable advice and transparency, before they make they final step and buy a property.

"I think it's cool that it's an actionable climate change app. It's interesting that it's for B2G, like for governments. It's not easy to pull off, and if you are trying to pull this off, you probably need to cite the resources and research that it's based off of. The background as well is pretty simple for a government app, which isn't necessarily bad. The hardest part is probably selling it. As a pet project, I love it. I think it shows a lot of insight into what can and should be done. It's hard for me to see an actual user using it, so real-world impact is pretty limited. Still, a very good app. Congrats on finishing the hackathon with a functional demo of a project. "
