Candidates can upload CVs in PDF or DOCX format, where AI automatically analyzes and scores profiles based on job requirements. The platform generates personalized interview questions, classifies candidates by fit level, and provides detailed candidate insights and analysis. Based on AI scoring, the system can automatically schedule interviews, generate Google Meet links, and send invitation or rejection emails without manual intervention. The platform also includes a smart calendar system with availability management, interview scheduling, AI-powered auto-planning, and interview tracking. Additional AI tools include a document-based question generator and an interview summarizer powered by speech transcription and large language models, delivering summaries, strengths, weaknesses, and communication analysis after interviews. The solution centralizes recruitment operations, reduces manual HR workload, and improves hiring efficiency through intelligent automation and AI-driven decision making.
