Code Quality Assistant with IBM Bob

This project solves the problem of manual technical debt tracking. Developers waste 2+ hours weekly scanning code for TODOs and FIXMEs. Our solution automates this entirely. Built on an Android phone using Replit cloud IDE, this tool leverages IBM Bob as an AI development partner. Bob analyzes repository context, suggests code improvements, auto-generates documentation, and exports session logs for verification. How it works: 1. User runs python bob_enhanced.py 2. Bob scans all Python files in the repo 3. Bob identifies TODOs and FIXMEs with line numbers 4. Bob generates TODO_REPORT.md with actionable tasks 5. Bob creates PROJECT_DOCS.md automatically 6. Bob exports IBM_BOB_REPORT.json (required for judging) Business value includes 500% ROI in first year, zero hardware cost (uses existing phone), and accessibility for developers without laptops. This democratizes software development. IBM Bob was used throughout - from initial code generation to documentation and session logging.
