LifeOS Agent: A Personal AI life assistant

LifeOS Agent is an AI-powered personal operating system that unifies everyday productivity tools into a single intelligent conversational platform. Instead of switching between separate apps for alarms, calendars, reminders, weather, medicine, and learning, users interact with one AI that understands natural language, plans multi-step workflows, and proactively performs tasks on their behalf. Unlike traditional virtual assistants that execute isolated commands, LifeOS acts as an AI orchestrator. It decomposes complex requests into coordinated actions, schedules future events, and combines multiple services into a seamless experience. Example: A user can simply say, "Wake me up at 6:00 AM. Ten minutes later, give me today's weather, calendar events, my top tasks, and a motivational quote. If it's raining, remind me to carry an umbrella." LifeOS creates the workflow, schedules each step, checks contextual information, and delivers the right notifications automatically without additional prompts. The system is built around a modular architecture featuring an AI Orchestrator powered by LangGraph and an LLM for intent understanding, planning, and tool orchestration. A Plugin Manager dynamically loads independent plugins such as Alarm, Calendar, Weather, Medicine, Learning, and News, allowing developers to easily extend the platform without modifying the core system. LifeOS also includes persistent long-term memory for storing user preferences and routines, PostgreSQL for structured data storage, APScheduler for reliable time-based automation, and WebSockets for real-time notifications. This combination enables proactive assistance, personalized experiences, and adaptive daily workflows.
