ArcMind Collective is a multi-agent coordination system built on Circle’s Arc Layer 1 blockchain to bring intelligence and transparency to decentralized trading. Traditional DeFi systems execute transactions but lack semantic understanding for matching intents, assessing risks, or verifying off-chain payments. ArcMind Collective solves this by introducing AI-driven agents that analyze, match, and settle trading intents autonomously while maintaining verifiable on-chain workflows. The system includes six specialized agents—Matching, Market, Fraud, Risk, Settlement, and Liquidity—coordinated through a LangGraph state machine. These agents work together to interpret trading intents, detect fraud patterns, evaluate counterparty risks, verify pricing, and manage atomic settlements. The PaymentRouter oracle bridges off-chain fiat payments (via AP2 or Stripe) with on-chain USDC settlement on Arc, enabling seamless fiat-to-crypto coordination. Each agent produces explainable reasoning traces and confidence scores that are visible to users through a real-time dashboard, ensuring clarity and trust at every step. Built with Solidity, FastAPI, LangGraph, and Streamlit, the platform combines smart contracts for escrow and intent registration with asynchronous Python-based orchestration. The system executes matches in under five seconds and maintains full auditability through Arc’s transparent infrastructure. The complete open-source codebase, documentation, and demo are hosted publicly for review and interaction. ArcMind Collective targets developers, traders, and financial institutions that need smarter, safer, and faster coordination of intents and settlements. It offers commercial potential as a developer SDK, matching-as-a-service layer, and risk analytics API for intent-based markets on Circle’s Arc blockchain. Future plans include adding compliance and tax agents, expanding to NFT and multi-token intents, and launching the mainnet version with liquidity partners.
