Wi-Fi Kids - Intelligent Parental Control
Wi-Fi Kids is an innovative parental control solution that combines OpenWRT and GPT-5 to turn internet access into a learning opportunity. When connecting, children and teenagers are redirected to a captive portal presenting dynamic and adaptive quizzes generated by GPT-5. Only after providing correct answers is internet access granted for a limited period. This gamified approach tackles excessive screen time while encouraging positive and engaging education. The project is scalable to any OpenWRT-enabled router and can be adopted by families, schools, or hardware manufacturers, blending digital well-being, security, and continuous learning in a unique and impactful way.
