Before an AI-powered feature is released, teams can submit a detailed proposal through the platform, including the feature description, intended use, affected systems, data sources, PII involvement, jurisdictions, and compliance requirements. Once submitted, the system creates a live governance session powered by a multi-agent review workflow. Five specialized AI agents — Ethics, Security, Legal, Product, and Compliance — independently evaluate the proposal, generate findings, challenge one another through adversarial cross-examination, and cast final votes. The entire process is tracked in real time through a shared Band.ai context room and compiled into a structured governance record. The final output is a transparent audit artifact that includes the consensus verdict, mandatory release conditions, agent reasoning, findings, severity levels, recommendations, and cross-examination logs. This gives teams a defensible record of how and why an AI feature was approved, rejected, or flagged for human review.
