The AI Charter is a responsible AI governance platform designed for high-stakes and regulated workflows. Before an AI-powered feature is released, teams can submit a detailed proposal through the platform, including the feature description, intended use, affected systems, data sources, PII involvement, jurisdictions, and compliance requirements. Once submitted, the system creates a live governance session powered by a multi-agent review workflow. Five specialized AI agents — Ethics, Security, Legal, Product, and Compliance — independently evaluate the proposal, generate findings, challenge one another through adversarial cross-examination, and cast final votes. The entire process is tracked in real time through a shared Band.ai context room and compiled into a structured governance record. The final output is a transparent audit artifact that includes the consensus verdict, mandatory release conditions, agent reasoning, findings, severity levels, recommendations, and cross-examination logs. This gives teams a defensible record of how and why an AI feature was approved, rejected, or flagged for human review. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, FastAPI, Band.ai, and PostgreSQL, The AI Charter combines a polished operator-style interface with a structured backend workflow for responsible AI deployment. In short, The AI Charter helps organizations move faster with AI while keeping governance, transparency, and accountability at the center of the release process.
