The system uses a dual-model AI chain: Claude performs pragmatic analysis of the agent's economic role (cost drivers, revenue patterns, operational cadence), then passes a structured briefing to Gemini for final config extraction. Gemini returns a concrete recommendation — archetype (synthesizer, portfolio-manager, analyst, auditor), which modules to activate (settlement, health, billing, liquidity, revenue, filing), and confidence scoring with reasoning. The chain degrades gracefully: if Claude is unavailable, Gemini runs standalone; if both fail, a keyword heuristic provides instant fallback. Once configured, AgentBooks provisions a full nano-ERP company with a chart of accounts, default cost lines, and filing schedules — mirroring how Shopify gives merchants a store template from a single category choice. Every field starts at "template-default" confidence and graduates to "observed-actual" as real transaction data flows through daily filings (10-Da) and weekly summaries (10-Wa). Filings mirror SEC form types (S-1a registration, 10-Da daily, 10-Wa weekly), making agent economics externally observable and auditable. The platform runs 19 L3 agents in a conformance-tested cohort, with live deployments serving real Gemini-powered recommendations at agentbooks.news. WhaleGarden turns a single stock conviction into a diversified, AI-managed portfolio. Users pick one company they believe in their "tree" and Gemini 2.5 Flash dynamically constructs a 16-stock "garden" across six thematic subsectors, weighting allocations based on volatility signals, sector correlation, and risk profiles. The entire portfolio construction happens in a single sub-penny Gemini call, making institutional-grade diversification accessible to anyone. We integrated Gemini into an existing multi-agent financial intelligence pipeline built on Google Cloud. The Gemini Flash model serves as the portfolio construction engine behind a Vercel serverless proxy, keeping API credentials server-side while delivering sub-second weight recommendations. Google Cloud Run hosts our agent status server and marketplace settlement layer, while Google Compute Engine VMs run three ERPNext instances powering AgentBooks — our agent financial reporting system where each AI agent maintains its own balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. The WhaleGarden Manager agent (Level 3 autonomous) files SEC-mirror reports: 8-Ka event filings on every portfolio plant and rebalance, 10-Wa weekly snapshots with per-subsector P&L and risk metrics, and 10-Da daily position summaries — all computed from live Polygon tick data processed through our Google Cloud infrastructure. Google's Veo model generated the ambient underwater hero video that greets users on the landing page. The result is a full-stack demonstration of Gemini as a reasoning engine embedded in production financial workflows — not a chatbot wrapper, but a core decision-maker in a pipeline that spans portfolio construction, agent coordination, on-chain settlement via wNEWS tokens on Base mainnet, and double-entry accounting in AgentBooks.NEWS. Every garden planted writes an attestation to MongoDB, triggers an agent filing, and flows through to a real general ledger with 121 GAAP-compliant accounts.

Agent-to-agent commerce isn't one transaction — it's a supply chain. A forecasting agent buys evidence from a data agent, packages it into a prediction, and sells that prediction to a consumer. Every link in that chain is a payment, and at true agent scale those payments are sub-cent. On any conventional chain, gas dwarfs the value of each call. NTC (Nano Trust Clearing) is the settlement layer for that supply chain, built on Arc Testnet with USDC as native gas. It combines three things: (1) An off-chain ClaimLedger that records every nanopayment between agents as it happens, in 18-decimal USDCBase to match Arc precisely. (2) A daily netting job that collapses thousands of intraday claims into one signed delta per agent — sums to zero by construction. (3) An on-chain DailyClearing.sol contract that writes those deltas as auditable AgentSettled event logs and anchors the keccak merkle root of the underlying claim journal. Every settlement is provably reconstructible from the on-chain artifact. Result: thousands of sub-cent flows per day ship as a single on-chain batch, with the per-claim gas floor at zero and a single ~$0.0004 settlement fee amortized across the whole day. DTCC-style central clearing, ported to agentic commerce. What we shipped: two contracts deployed to Arc Testnet (PredictionEscrow + DailyClearing), 10 deterministic agent wallets seeded, real XBRL/GAAP/EDGAR data agents wired from our parent CashFlow.NEWS project, an Express API with a Bazaar state container, a sibling React dashboard with a Mermaid flow diagram, live forecast publishing, inline question resolution, and a "Run clearing now" button that writes real on-chain transactions with clickable Arcscan links for every settlement and merkle anchor. The pitch in one sentence: agent-to-agent commerce isn't one transaction — it's a supply chain, and we built the settlement layer for it.

The system integrates ROOK Connect API to pull real-time biometric data from 400+ wearable devices — heart rate, HRV, SpO2, sleep stages, hydration, and activity — then maps these biomarkers to the four adenosine receptor subtypes (A1R, A2AR, A2BR, A3R) that caffeine antagonizes. The core innovation is the receptor activity model: A1R tracks sleep disruption via deep sleep percentage. A2AR measures the primary alertness response through HR delta and HRV changes. When statistical thresholds are met (Z≥1.96, adverse rate ≤5%), the system auto-triggers IND filing preparation in CDISC format. An epoch-based staking mechanism incentivizes sustained participation through Stripe and crypto payment rails.
