Lorenzo Carver is the Founder & CEO of WhaleBox Capital Intelligence, pioneering the ABC framework — AI, Blockchain, and Community — to help companies achieve exponential value growth. He authored "Venture Capital Valuation" (John Wiley & Sons), a textbook used in M&A and startup finance courses at Peking University. Lorenzo invented Liquid Scenarios, the world's first one-click automated valuation system for complex venture securities, used to value thousands of companies including Facebook, Uber, and Palantir — unicorns now collectively worth over $3 trillion. Earlier in his career, he created BallPark Business Valuation, scaling an $80K startup to $56M market cap in 18 months, and founded BulletProof Business Plans, helping founders raise $2B+ between 1997–2000. At Arthur Andersen's Enterprise Group, he worked on IPOs for Hybridon Biotech, Genome Therapeutics, and Veneer Technologies (later Microsoft FrontPage). Lorenzo also invented an AI-driven fraud detection system cited as prior art by eBay, Visa, Amazon, and Symantec, and holds credentials as a former CPA (ABV) and CVA.

Agent-to-agent commerce isn't one transaction — it's a supply chain. A forecasting agent buys evidence from a data agent, packages it into a prediction, and sells that prediction to a consumer. Every link in that chain is a payment, and at true agent scale those payments are sub-cent. On any conventional chain, gas dwarfs the value of each call. NTC (Nano Trust Clearing) is the settlement layer for that supply chain, built on Arc Testnet with USDC as native gas. It combines three things: (1) An off-chain ClaimLedger that records every nanopayment between agents as it happens, in 18-decimal USDCBase to match Arc precisely. (2) A daily netting job that collapses thousands of intraday claims into one signed delta per agent — sums to zero by construction. (3) An on-chain DailyClearing.sol contract that writes those deltas as auditable AgentSettled event logs and anchors the keccak merkle root of the underlying claim journal. Every settlement is provably reconstructible from the on-chain artifact. Result: thousands of sub-cent flows per day ship as a single on-chain batch, with the per-claim gas floor at zero and a single ~$0.0004 settlement fee amortized across the whole day. DTCC-style central clearing, ported to agentic commerce. What we shipped: two contracts deployed to Arc Testnet (PredictionEscrow + DailyClearing), 10 deterministic agent wallets seeded, real XBRL/GAAP/EDGAR data agents wired from our parent CashFlow.NEWS project, an Express API with a Bazaar state container, a sibling React dashboard with a Mermaid flow diagram, live forecast publishing, inline question resolution, and a "Run clearing now" button that writes real on-chain transactions with clickable Arcscan links for every settlement and merkle anchor. The pitch in one sentence: agent-to-agent commerce isn't one transaction — it's a supply chain, and we built the settlement layer for it.

TripBalm is a Gemini 3 AI-powered dosing optimization protocol for transdermal caffeinated lip balm (GRAS). The system integrates ROOK Connect API to pull real-time biometric data from 400+ wearable devices — heart rate, HRV, SpO2, sleep stages, hydration, and activity — then maps these biomarkers to the four adenosine receptor subtypes (A1R, A2AR, A2BR, A3R) that caffeine antagonizes. The core innovation is the receptor activity model: A1R tracks sleep disruption via deep sleep percentage. A2AR measures the primary alertness response through HR delta and HRV changes. Both subjective reports and objective wearable data are cryptographically committed to a registry-trial ledger using zero-knowledge proofs — no PII on-chain. The evidence layer aggregates all data into an adaptive dataset that continuously computes efficacy Z-scores and safety posteriors. When statistical thresholds are met (Z≥1.96, adverse rate ≤5%), the system auto-triggers IND filing preparation in CDISC format. An epoch-based staking mechanism incentivizes sustained participation through Stripe and crypto payment rails.
