About me

With over 2.5 years of experience in software development and a passion for responsible AI, I am a dedicated professional committed to driving innovation while prioritising ethical considerations in technology. Currently serving as an Assistant Programme Officer in Software Development, I have contributed to promoting the responsible use of AI, developing generative AI-based chatbots/assistants, refining software applications, enhancing process automation, and implementing a risk management solution. I am an active Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS) and ITIL® v4 Foundation certified in IT Service Management. In my previous role as a Robotic Process Automation Developer, I automated procurement processes and developed intelligent chatbots to enhance operational efficiency. I also honed my skills in various technologies including Microsoft Power Platform, Bot Framework Composer, Python, JavaScript, and DotNet. In my freelance work, I had the opportunity to create a WhatsApp chatbot for mental health support, highlighting my commitment to leveraging technology for positive social impact. During an internship, I developed a research-based website on a UN Security Council Resolution, promoting awareness about the worldwide implementation of the Youth, Peace, and Security agenda. This experience further solidified my dedication to using technology as a tool for global change.
