This transparency helps users make informed career decisions. Key features include skills gap analysis identifying missing qualifications with targeted learning paths, real-time application tracking, job bookmarking, and AI-powered career guidance. For administrators, we built a comprehensive dashboard with user management, job posting controls, advanced analytics with interactive charts, and system performance monitoring.
