What sets Access Jobs apart is explainable AI - instead of black-box recommendations, we show clear reasoning including skill alignment percentages, experience relevance, and learning opportunities. This transparency helps users make informed career decisions. Key features include skills gap analysis identifying missing qualifications with targeted learning paths, real-time application tracking, job bookmarking, and AI-powered career guidance. Job seekers get personalized alerts and detailed match analytics. For administrators, we built a comprehensive dashboard with user management, job posting controls, advanced analytics with interactive charts, and system performance monitoring. Built with React TypeScript frontend, Django REST API backend, and Tailwind CSS for responsive design, demonstrating enterprise scalability.
