About

Complete.dev is where teams build products together with AI Agents inside shared workspaces. Instead of isolated chats, Complete brings agents, files, history, and team collaboration into one environment so you can design, build, test, document, and market products in a single flow.

The Challenge for this hackathon is to build an AI application that uses at least 2 AI Agents working together, plus create all your marketing materials — everything in one shared workspace. Complete gives your team the tools to create everything from ideation to final product by simply prompting and observing the AI Agents work together.

This is a team-first hackathon focused on real workflows, clear user experience, and products that could realistically ship. Work together with AI Agents that understand your shared context and build on each other's work, just like your team does.

Challenge
Challenge

Build an end-to-end AI product using Complete.dev's collaborative workspace

Your challenge is to design and prototype a production-minded AI application powered by at least two collaborating AI Agents that you create during the hackathon.

Think like a product team, not just a demo builder.

Your Challenge Requirements

Create at least 2 custom AI Agents using the Agent Builder to power your application's core functionality
Connect your custom agents to your app as the main product experience

Build end-to-end from concept to working prototype with marketing materials

Collaborate in shared workspace where all agents, files, and team work stay connected

Required deliverables

Your team must submit a complete product package built entirely within Complete.dev:

Working product prototype - A ready-to-use application powered by your custom AI Agents

Go-to-market strategy - Complete positioning and launch plan

Pitch deck - Professional presentation of your product and vision

Marketing website (optional) - Coded within Complete to demonstrate real-world product positioning

All product development and marketing assets must be built entirely within Complete.dev to showcase the platform’s full capabilities.

The percentage of Complete.dev usage will be a key evaluation criterion alongside product quality, agent collaboration, UX, and real-world applicability.

➡️ Final project submissions will be uploaded and evaluated on the lablab.ai platform.

Technology

To build your project, you will use Complete.dev as the core and required platform for all product development and marketing deliverables.

This hackathon is designed to test and showcase end-to-end agentic product building inside a single collaborative AI environment.

🔒 Core Technology (Required)

  • Complete.dev is a collaborative AI platform where teams build products together with AI Agents inside shared workspaces. It enables:

    • • Multi-agent collaboration across coding, testing, documentation, and research

    • • Persistent workspace memory and shared context

    • • Parallel use of multiple AI models

    • • Governance and visibility across agent actions

    • • End-to-end workflows from product development to go-to-market assets

All submitted projects must be built primarily and demonstrably inside Complete.dev. The depth and percentage of platform usage will be considered during evaluation.

  • 🔓 Platform Access

    • Approved participants will receive free access and usage credits for Complete.dev throughout the hackathon period.

This ensures all teams can fully explore the platform’s capabilities, including agent collaboration, shared workspaces, and marketing agents, without worrying about usage limits during the event.

No paid subscription is required to participate or submit a project during the hackathon.

Team workspaces will be upgraded to Premium once verified by the Complete team

      What You'll Have Access To

Your team workspace comes with pre-made specialist agents ready to help:

Code Agent - handles development and implementation

      • Agent Builder - your main tool for creating new custom AI Agents

      • Architect - designs system architecture and technical decisions

      • Product Agent - guides product strategy and user experience

      • Strategy Agent - develops go-to-market and positioning

      • Copywriter - creates all written content and messaging

    🚀
     How to Get Started

Before the hackathon begins, we recommend that all participants:

  • • Create a Complete.dev account using the same email you used to sign up on lablab

  •  One team leader should create the Complete.dev workspace for the team and invite all teammates.
Only one workspace per team should be created.

    • Explore the platform interface and agent capabilities

  • • Familiarize yourself with shared workspaces and agent coordination

This will help you move faster once the hacking period starts.
All participants must use the same email on lablab and on Complete.dev.

🧰 Developer Resources

To help you get started and build effectively:

        • • Only one workspace per team should be created. Duplicate workspaces may cause verification and Premium upgrade delays.
          • All participants must use the same email on lablab and Complete.dev to ensure proper team matching.

        • • Workspaces will be upgraded to Premium only after verification by the Complete.dev team

        • • If teammates were rejected, contact the lablab.ai team for review.
