NeuralCrew is an enterprise-grade automated incident response system that replaces manual, chaotic coordination with a structured multi-agent AI pipeline built on Band SDK. When a production incident is reported, four specialized AI agents spring into action through Band's real-time collaboration layer. The Triage Agent classifies severity (P0–P3) and routes the incident. The Technical Agent performs root cause analysis and proposes a fix. The Communications Agent drafts both an internal engineering briefing and an external customer status update simultaneously. The Resolution Agent writes a structured post-mortem and officially closes the incident with a full audit trail. Built using LangGraph and OpenAI GPT-4o-mini, all four agents run concurrently and communicate exclusively through Band's @mention routing system — demonstrating true cross-framework multi-agent collaboration. Every handoff, decision, and response is permanently logged in the Band chat room, making the system fully compliant and traceable. NeuralCrew targets the Track 1 Internal Enterprise Workflows use case and addresses a real pain point: incidents that currently require waking 4–6 people at 3 AM, making phone calls, and writing post-mortems from memory days later. NeuralCrew handles all of this automatically, in under 2 minutes, with zero manual coordination.
