HireMate

HireMate is an AI-powered multi-agent recruitment platform that transforms the traditional hiring pipeline into a fully autonomous, intelligent workflow. Instead of relying on manual resume screening and subjective evaluations, HireMate deploys five specialized AI agents — Orchestrator, Resume Analyzer, Screening Evaluator, Task Grader, and Final Judge — that collaborate in real-time through Band multi-agent orchestration, powered by NVIDIA Nemotron 550B large language model. When a candidate submits an application, the Orchestrator creates a dedicated evaluation room and triggers the pipeline. The Resume Analyzer parses the resume, extracts skills, and scores job fit. The Screening Evaluator generates role-specific questions and evaluates responses. The Task Grader assesses technical submissions against structured rubrics. Finally, the Final Judge aggregates all agent scores, applies weighted criteria, and delivers a definitive SELECT or REJECT decision with a detailed breakdown — all within 60 seconds. Built with Next.js, Express.js, Prisma ORM, and PostgreSQL, the platform features separate admin and student dashboards, real-time agent pipeline visualization, and automated interview scheduling. Deployed as three independent microservices on Railway, HireMate reduces manual screening time by 85% and eliminates unconscious hiring bias through consistent AI evaluation.
