CommandMesh is an autonomous multi-agent orchestration engine that transforms how enterprise work gets done. Instead of relying on a single AI prompt that misses context, hallucinates, or produces unverified output, CommandMesh deploys a coordinated workforce of four specialized AI agents that collaborate in real-time to plan, execute, review, and approve any complex business goal. THE PROBLEM Enterprise workflows are broken. Teams juggle Slack, Jira, and endless meetings just to coordinate decisions. When businesses turn to AI, a single model fails under complex multi-step goals it loses context, hallucinates outputs, and provides zero verification layer. There is no trust, no transparency, and no recovery when things go wrong. OUR SOLUTION CommandMesh introduces a multi-agent collaboration layer powered by Band AI and Featherless AI: • Planner Agent — Decomposes any business goal into a structured, actionable task plan • Executor Agent — Executes each task in parallel and generates detailed deliverable outputs • Reviewer Agent — Independently audits all execution outputs for risks and missing steps • Manager Agent — Makes the final APPROVE, REJECT, or REROUTE decision with confidence scoring SELF-HEALING RESILIENCE The most powerful feature of CommandMesh is its failure recovery system. If the Executor fails on a task, the Reviewer immediately detects the risk, the Manager triggers a REROUTE command, and the Planner revises the plan automatically. The system recovers and re-executes without any human intervention something no single AI can do. TRANSPARENT REPORTING Every workflow generates an enterprise-grade report with an Executive Summary, completed task audit, identified risks, severity scores, and the Manager's full reasoning for its decision. Every step is visible, verifiable, and explainable. TECH STACK Built with Next.js 16, Framer Motion, Prisma, SQLite, Band AI for real-time agent rooms, and Featherless AI for LLM inference across all four agents.
Category tags:"Application of technology: Four enterprise workflow agents (Planner/task decomposition, Executor/parallel task execution, Reviewer/independent risk audit, Manager/APPROVE+REJECT+REROUTE with confidence scoring). Self-healing: Executor failure → Reviewer detects → Manager triggers REROUTE → Planner revises → re-execute without human intervention. Next.js 16 + Framer Motion + Prisma + SQLite + Band AI + Featherless AI. Presentation: Self-healing REROUTE mechanism ("something no single AI can do") is well-articulated. Executive Summary + audit + risk scoring + Manager reasoning in every report is a solid enterprise output. Solo submission with polished Next.js dashboard. Business value: General-purpose enterprise workflow orchestration with self-healing recovery addresses the reliability gap in autonomous AI execution. Parallel executor + independent reviewer + final manager approval creates accountability without bottlenecks. Originality: Self-healing REROUTE loop (automatic detection → REROUTE command → plan revision → re-execution) without human intervention for execution failures is a resilience mechanism that distinguishes autonomous workflows from brittle sequential pipelines."

"Hi Safiullah — thank you for a polished, professional submission; the product is genuinely nice to look at and to use. What I appreciated: It does use Band — each workflow creates a Band room, and the four agents post their work into it through Band's API. A clean Planner → Executor → Reviewer → Manager flow with a clear approval / reject / reroute decision. Strong UI/UX craft and a well-organized dashboard. A couple of things to strengthen: The flagship "self-healing" recovery is the headline differentiator, but it's currently triggered by hardcoded failure flags rather than real, emergent failures — having it fire from genuine errors would make it land as the standout feature you're pitching. Band is mostly used as a place to post messages rather than to drive the coordination (the orchestration runs in the app), and the "Band: ONLINE" status is hardcoded — routing the actual handoffs through Band and showing a real connection state would deepen it. Thank you — polished work, and turning the self-healing and Band coordination from staged to real would make it shine."
