Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), every business can upload its own knowledge base—including FAQs, operating hours, pricing, services, and policies—allowing the AI to provide accurate, context-aware responses tailored to that business rather than generic answers. Saral AI uses a two-stage AI architecture to optimize both responsiveness and intelligence. During the call, Groq Whisper performs real-time speech recognition, while DeepSeek V4 Flash running through Fireworks AI on AMD GPUs powers fast, natural conversations. Sarvam AI generates multilingual speech responses with low latency, enabling a seamless voice experience. Once the conversation ends, a second inference stage powered by MiniMax M3 extracts structured information such as urgency level, symptoms, appointment requests, and key discussion points. This structured output is then delivered to the business through WhatsApp as an actionable case card while simultaneously appearing inside the Saral AI dashboard for analytics and future reference.
