CareSyncAI: 17-Agent AI Telemedicine Platform

CareSyncAI is a full-stack, AI-native telemedicine platform built around a coordinated system of 17 specialized medical AI agents rather than a single chatbot. During a live video consultation, agents for symptom analysis, differential diagnosis, medical history, evidence retrieval, treatment recommendation, hallucination detection, compliance, triage escalation, and more run in parallel, communicate over an internal event bus, and converge on a weighted consensus that a human doctor reviews and signs off on. A real-time computer vision pipeline reads the patient's face, posture, and expressions during the call to surface pain scores and emotional cues the doctor can act on immediately. A hybrid RAG engine grounds every recommendation in retrieved medical guidelines and live PubMed literature with inline citations, and a recommendation-validator agent checks outputs for hallucinations before they reach the report. All of this runs on Gemini and LangChain-orchestrated LLM chains, with an Ollama/Llama fallback for local inference, and is GPU-accelerated end-to-end via AMD ROCm on AMD Developer Cloud infrastructure, with automatic CPU fallback when no GPU is present. Doctors get a full audit trail: a Consensus Timeline showing every agent's contribution, per-agent memory, exportable PDF/Markdown/JSON reports, and a live GPU/metrics dashboard, making the entire multi-agent reasoning process transparent and reviewable rather than a black box.
